  they are so horrible and do not care about any ones feelings or any one at all just money!!!! They are thieves and liars. They are holding my grandmas body hostage and will not release her body into another funeral homes care because they want us to pay them for stuff they never ever did. Crazy people.

  It is a very difficult time when it comes to funeral homes and the grieving process of a loved one. In this instance, our family lost a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother a few months ago. It was very difficult when the family had to deal with heartache and sadness over the loss of a loved one.
  the funeral arrangements were made through gonzales funeral home in las vegas, nm and it was very unfortunate that gonzales funeral home did not have the professional compassion on what the family was going through.
  The staff were very rude and unkind and not considerate of the families physical and emotional well being. It really is unfortunate that families have to go through a grieving process, and then have to deal with disrespectful people. VERY DISAPPOINTED in gonzales funeral home!!!!

  My parents both had their services here, my Dad in 1981 & Mom in 1999. They were very professional yet friendly & helpful. I was at that time very much in a daze, but do remember the patience & genuine caring. In the time in between whenever I've needed anything, death certificate, information they've always been helpful, prompt & professional always with a friendly tone on the other end of the phone.... I & my family highly recommend them in your devastating time of need.
